No, A.I. Can’t Write Your Novel. Yet. (Volume Four)

In the new book, No, AI Can’t Write Your Novel. Yet. Volume Four, Thorny Nettles continues to chronicle how artificial intelligence, in its first year of broad availability to the public, is rapidly changing the writing and art communities, frequently for the better.  

AI isn’t just helpful as a spellchecker or editor, or a brainstorming partner and virtual encyclopedia of the internet.  ChatGPT-3 actually gives pretty good advice for how to navigate the actual business side of creative endeavors.  Once you’ve written the book that, no, AI can’t actually write for you (at least not well – not yet), what is a writer to do?  Surprisingly, AI is really good with practical business advice for artists and creators – something we don’t always do very well, ourselves.
